Fuzz Unlimited- Take a Hit
(MT6 Records MT6056)

From Aural Innovations #38 (Jan 2008)

Cool...raw..spaced out...heavy drug experience... I really love the opening track (Florida Tags) with a guy telling a farout dream about going to NYC as the band play some seriously psychedelic freak rock. Camera Shy has a very distored vocal while the band play a pretty straight forward garage track with psychedelic guitar soloing. Evil Twin is a very lowfi 2 minute psychedelic freakout track...druggy stuff...Looking for a Kiss is the bands late 60's (semi-normal ) rock track compared to the heavy drug music on the rest of the CD. Take a Hit, is the last track and it is 17 minutes. It starts off slow and droney but the band slowly build up the intensity and just totally flip out, first with some delay guitar and then heavily distortion, followed by some serious effects on the music to really blow your mind... raw, drugged out but quite cool....You really need to Take a Hit to appreciate this stuff....
