From Aural Innovations #37 (Sep 2007) This is a pretty new band starting in 2007 with members from Italy and the UK. The band describes themselves as Psychedelic heavy blues rock. This demo features 2 original tracks and two versions of Master of Puppets by Metallica but they base their version on the mellow middle part of the song. The band is a four piece with vocals, bass, guitar and drums and they are young… The demo starts off with The War inside Darktown, a pretty cool song with a strange Axel Rose (in his deep mode) like vocal. I like the way they really psych out and twist the music. Some heavy riffs as well. The Medium is the Message is another strange sounding track. Really bizarre guitar sound and a stoned groove. Now to the Master of Puppet thing.. I am not sure what the point is really… I really liked their original tracks much better. They do make it quite psyched out for sure.. Anyway, pretty cool psyched out rock music..
