Yes, this album's title is very accurate. Mostly downtempo techno with a few interesting sounds. But even the longer tracks don't have that much depth. "Pink Dinosaurs and Wishing Wells...", at the end, threatens to disintegrate nicely at a couple points, but ultimately cheeses out. The Orb they are not.
