Acid Mothers Temple-Circle Split 7" (Verdura Records Verdu 9)

From Aural Innovations #22 (January 2003)

Acid Mothers Temple (AMT) start the 7" off with a psychedelic freakout track called "The Tombstone Phantom Drifter". This track was recorded in August 2002 and is a freaky mixture of effected vocals, swirling synths and a guitar freakout. Circle provides the track "Riemukaari", which is a stark contrast to AMT, as it is a very minimal song with just a repetitive bass and drum line for several minutes before some freaky guitar sounds filter in over the top. A bit boring this track. They also trick you here as the AMT side is 45 rpm, while the Circle side is 33 rpm.
